At our Doorstep....

For anyone that doesn't know me, I love to run. I love finding new places to run. I am so grateful to live in such a beautiful part of the world with so many places where I can just throw on my running shoes and explore.

I do understand running isn't for everyone, which is why I am not going to blabber on about the benefits of running, because in all seriousness if we don't enjoy it - we wont reap the benefits. The important thing is finding your own healthy outlet and doing what you enjoy!

What I am going to tell you is that Sydney is full of some amazing and breath taking places that will get you outside and soaking some vitamin D. Whether you run, walk, stroll with some friends, go on a picnic, meditate - whatever you like to do. These places are soul soothing and most importantly FREE.

Thanks to www.timeout.com I have a top ten to start us off.

My aim is to run all these by the end of the year :) I would also love to hear from any of you who do visit these trails and let me know your favourite :)
