The easiest Choc Protein balls you will ever make!

All Ingredients you can find at Aldi. This recipe will make 20 bite size balls :)

You will need:

-        1tblsp Cacao power

-        1 tbsp. Coconut oil

-        1 large tbsp. Natural peanut butter or Almond Butter

-        1 x cup Rolled oats or if you don’t have a blender buy oat meal.

-        4 x Medjool dates

-        1 x scoop Vegan vanilla protein powder, we use Prana (or any flavour or low carb is fine, doesn’t have to be vegan)

-        1 x tbsp. Maple syrup

Method:

1.     Blend oats, dates (take out the seeds before doing this) and coconut oil into a blender or food processor. If you do not have either of these appliances, that is ok, use oat meal instead, and make sure you cute up the dates very finely.

2.     Mix all ingredients in a bowl

3.     Add extra coconut oil if the ingredients is too dry

4.     You want the ingredients to feel a little bit wet and a little bit dry, a completely different texture if you were baking a chocolate cake

5.     Using a table spoon, roll a spoonful into a ball, continue this until you have used all the ingredients, you should make around 20 little balls however this will depend on the size you have made.

6.     Place in fridge to cool

7.     Enjoy 😊
